Terms and Conditions

Lessons during the months of June, July, and August can be subject to be cancelled due to weather conditions.
If any un-tolerable behaviors are exhibited (please see the rules and regulations) WFFR has the right to refuse service, and the client can be asked to leave the premises
Mistreatment of the animals is grounds for immediate termination of services and a trespassing warrant will be issued.

Return and Refund Policy

Payment for services rendered is due at the time of scheduling. Payments are non-refundable unless the following circumstances are met.

Unforeseen weather conditions causing an unsafe riding environment
Emergency with documented proof
Barn cancellation

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
